Phone is fastest. Have rough dimensions if you can — length and width of the area, and whether there’s existing concrete to tear out. That’s usually enough for a realistic range on the first call, with a firm written number after a site look.

Photos help enormously with repair work — one wide shot of the whole slab and one close-up of the damage tells an experienced eye most of what it needs to know.

    What your estimate should include

Any written estimate you accept — from us or anyone — should specify excavation depth, base material and compaction, slab thickness, reinforcement, and the control joint plan. A single total with no spec behind it isn’t an estimate, it’s a number.

    Service area

Spokane, South Hill, Browne’s Addition, North Spokane (Five Mile, Indian Trail, Wandermere, Mead, Colbert), Spokane Valley, Millwood, Liberty Lake, Otis Orchards.

    Season note

Pour season runs roughly April through October in Spokane. Winter inquiries are welcome — spring calendars fill early, and assessments can happen year-round.
